Ingredients

  • 8 oz pork sausage, sliced
  • 4 ramen noodles
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 cups water

Directions

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the cooking oil.

Add the sliced pork sausage to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, ground black pepper, and table salt.

In the same skillet used for the sausage, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until just set, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Increase the skillet heat to high and add the cooked ramen noodles. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy.

Add the cooked sausage and scrambled eggs back to the skillet with the ramen noodles. Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes to combine all flavors.
